Yes, it is compulsory to talk in English at the time of GD/PI. And worry much, it is easy to crack it. And, yes you can use mixed language as well, if the condition permits. For GD PI remain updated about the current affairs. Generally, the GD topics are abstract and in PI, you can speak as per your convenience, but I would suggest you to be a little well versed in English for BIMM.
