How to prepare for IAS exams, while in college?

Hello sir,I am in be 4th sem in electrical branch,I am supposed to give an IAS exam & want to become a good IAS officer,so wht should I do at this stage of my education as preparation?

You have enough time for preparation go to the details recent IAS officers among latest cadres through net , speak to few of them for preparation in your stream and area and prepare accordingly.DElhi is also good place for IAS preparation.
