You take IELTS need not take TOEFL . IELTS. is accepted all over the world. For taking coaching search for on line coaching from various parts if India. Shiksha and Sulekha websites also have many coaching centers registered with reviews and comments -

If you can find any offshoot of British Council Division in Lucknow, it will be best to get all info. Otherwise just search on internet and take few demo classes to see how effective the coachings are.
