How to prepare for IITJEE to get a good score?
I am in class 10 and I have already solved HC Verma and NCERT.

You have to work seriously very hard with proper study material and under proper guidance for at least 2 years and stay away from any bad habit.

School level exam and JEE Mains exam, both are different, so don't judge yourself by your school performance. First, take a look at the syllabus of JEE Mains exam and the previous year's questions paper. One more thing, you must be capable of studying a minimum of 6 hours daily.
