Functions of Management: Planning, Organizing, Staffing- Selection, Recruitment, Training and Development, Controlling, Directing, Motivating - Theories and Types; 3. Business Environment: Social, Economic, Cultural and legal environment, Economic Environment in India; 4. Authority and responsibility: Delegation, Centralization and Decentralization; 5. Leadership: Theories and style of leadership; 6. Communication: Introduction and Types, Barrier in communication; 7. Financial Management: Sources of funds, Capital Structure, Financial Markets; 8. Marketing Management: Types of goods, Purchase behavior, marketing communication, advertising, 4 Ps of marketing. 9. Consumer Protection: Ways and means, Importance for business, Consumer Protection Act. So from above you have to learn at least basics of above topics for LPU NEST. There is no need of going in depth of the topics.
