MHTCET is a MCQ based Entrance Exam. And, to do the MCQs correctly, one should have thorough knowledge about a topic. In Exam, 20% weightage is given to class 11th course and 80% to class 12th course. There is no Negative Marking in Exam. To prepare for MHTCET, you should read class 12th HSC textbook of Maharashtra Board and understand all the concepts thoroughly. And also, class 11th textbooks. I will suggest you to attempt as many questions as you can. Attempt previous year question papers, attempt the questions from books, there also various online websites, where you can practice MCQs. Purchase Good books for practicing Questions. Arihant Publication has good books for MHTCET. They have Chapter wise approach each chapter has Important Points in bringing and 100-150 questions based on it. Also, Speed and Accuracy is a factor that paly important role while solving a MCQ based Test. To improve speed and accuracy, you have to practice a lot. Also, as the exam is on 10th May 2018 (20 days remaining), you should be focusing on Revision of Key Concepts and Practice. Join the Test Series of any Institution i.e. Tuition Classes like Allen or other. Joining Test Series is good, as you can evaluate your mistakes and improve them. You still got 20 days. You should focus on Revision and Practice. And some paper solving tips to you. Don't panic if you are not getting any question's answer. Move forward. Attempt Next Question, then come to that question. If you really don't know answer of any question, then try elimination method for that. Suppose a question has 4 options, try to eliminate at least 2 options that may not be the answer of that question, then you will have 2 options, then see which the best answer for that question is. In this way, there is a 50% chance of getting that answer right. Apply this only for the questions you don't know the answers. Also, read question twice. It will help to understand the question well and answer. Now, Coming to COEP. Yes, it is one of the best college for engineering overall, and also good for CSE. It is top College of Maharashtra and also, one of the best colleges in India no doubt. For CSE, the cutoff is 180 and above for OPEN so for getting COEP you have to really Score High in MHTCET.
