AIIMS preparation needs more thoroughness. In AIIMS, you will get few questions from general studies also.
For NEET, be thorough with NCERT books. Solve as many as MCQs as you can. -
For NEET, you must make a note of all the necessary exam details like the exam pattern, curriculum, topic-wise distribution of marks and time duration. This will help you get an idea of the important concepts, so you can aim your preparation for NEET accordingly. For AIIMS, be thorough with basics in physics, chemistry and biology of class 11th and 12th.
