You need to be very thorough with the NCERTs of standard 11th and 12th. Apart from that, you need to develop your MCQ solving skills. You need to solve as many as MCQs as you can.

Focus mainly on your NCERT books and try to solve MCQs and previous year NEET papers along with sample papers. Focus more on the concept than that of theory.
