Hi Ravi,
IPS examinations are conducted by UPSC and to prepare it is advisable that you join a coaching institute and dedicate a few hours every day. The syllabus mostly contains Geography of India and the World, History and Geography of India, Comprehension and Essay Writing, Statistical Analysis
