The trick to appear for HCU is to practice. The difficulty level is not so much, but the length of the paper sets a benchmark. Try to look up for past papers.

Now that you have the basics down, you can start studying for the exam. For example, in organic Chemistry you should begin by reading Clayden and Warren's book and learning about GOC, PI molecular orbitals for benzene, annulene, and various conjugated PI systems, stereochemistry, and various types of reactions and their mechanisms. With a CUET score of 498, you're below the usual cutoff (?680–760/800) needed for Computer Science at University of Hyderabad. Unfortunately, admission to that programme isn't likely this year. You should look at mid-tier Central or State universities where closing scores fall in the 400–600 range.
