How to prepare for the IAS exam?
I'm an IT engineer working in an IT firm from one year, aspiring for IAS with the notion to serve the nation. I am weak at subjects required for the IAS exam like general studies, history, etc.

To become an IAS officer you have to appear in Civil Service Exam.
The Civil Service Examination is organized by UPSC every year to recruit candidate for IAS, IPS etc.

Hi there, IAS exam or CSE is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The exam is conducted at an all India level. UPSC recruits the candidates for Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Forest Service (IFS) and Central Civil Services through this exam.
