Hi,
You can either prepare on your own(which i would not recommend if you are not very proficient with English) through self preparation books like Kaplan, The Princeton Review, etc OR
you can enroll with a test preparation agency and take coaching from them. For further details on test preparation,

You can go through any one, of the following publications, as in, KAPLANS, BARRONS or A guide for the TOEFL test, written by Bruce Rogers.
