As per your query, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for various management entrance test.
These institute offers regular and weekend classes, plus they conduct mock test on regular basis.

CAT result for 2012 is just out and Next examination is awaited in 2013 but there are many MBA portals where you can study / give test online
