    Hi Nandita,
    Company Secretary is a professional course which is managed by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The Institute of Company Secretaries runs two programs. For the Executive program minimum requirement is graduation in any subject from a recognized university. For Foundation Program, the minimum requirement is 10 + 2 again in any discipline.
    The candidates who wish to become Company Secretary should clear three levels of CS course and the concerning exams. The course includes three stages of study- Foundation program, Executive program, and Professional program. The candidate will also have to pursue a pract

    You have to register yourself with ICSI first for foundation exam syllabus of it is same as class 12. after clearing it executive then professional. you can also continue gradution with this.

    Please see the website of ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India). Probably it is situated in Lodi Road, New Delhi-110003. Earlier , they used to run a correspondence course.
