You have to register yourself with ICSI first for foundation exam syllabus of it is same as class 12. after clearing it executive then professional. you can also continue gradution with this.

Please see the website of ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India). Probably it is situated in Lodi Road, New Delhi-110003. Earlier , they used to run a correspondence course.
