It is reputed but not valuable. Choose Amity, Welingkar, NMIMS, IGNOU, Symbiosis or SMU for distance MBA.

If you are not choosing LPU for MBA, make sure you are into IIMs or the deemed government business schools of India. Moreover, I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 50th. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with

Dear Ajit, Distance MBA is valid where it is used just for eligibility. Don't actually expect any significant skill gain from the programme.

You can say it is a private university but not valuable at all! Don't even plan distance programme from there because they are unnecessarily charging high fees. Try NMIMS or IMT Gaziabad or Welingkers if your are planning distance MBA. All the best!
