Chandigarh University is one of the best university for M.A in mass communication and journalism. Just CU gets an edge due to NAAC A+ accreditation. Companies arriving for placement is also more better at CU and also offers high end offers to deserving students. I'll choose CU over the other one as it also gives importance to extra curricular activities where you can explore yourself and you can get to know yourself and your hidden talents by participating in it. Also CU has sports importance where every sport is given importance and also here's NCC is best in my view. Faculties are much supportive and friendly and yes ofcourse well qualified. Also CU is among top 100 colleges in INDIA and it is ranked 84 in NIRF ENGINEERING rankings which is the best reliable rankings considered in INDIA on which one can trust. Also it has Diamond ranking in I-GAUGE, also it provides students an opportunity to explore deep into his/her respective field also it has the largest number of patents registered even more than top IITs have collectively have registered.

After thinking for pursuing Journalism, I started finding a University and then, there I got to know about Chandigarh University, which is the best option for you to do your masters in Journalism and Mass Communication course. It showers tremendous opportunity to showcase your talent, and at the same time provides many good placements also. Students are given a full exposure to the field work, and are taken to different regions which enhances their skills. I think Chandigarh University not only provides good placements but, it too has a fabulous quality education. Moreover, there are link of many Multinational Companies with Chandigarh University and many media houses comes to the Institution every year. We have various talented seniors working in the much-known media industries of the nation, who belongs to the Chandigarh University. Students got all the required facilities within the campus. They have all equipments for practical labs. Students make videos, click professional photographs with the professional cameras provided to them. Even there is a trend of making regular news bulletins by the department in which students work on the bulletins from start to last. From research, scripting, anchoring, reporting, shooting to editing, everything is done by students them self under the guidance of faculties.ur department also won continuous total four media fests back to back last year in North India.
