    No you can not pursue the M.Tech Biotechnology course after B.Sc. Botany. The basic eligibility criteria of M.Tech Biotechnology is given below. Eligibility criteria :
    1. B.Tech. In Biotechnology Biomedical engineering. B.Pharma with minimum 60% marks. Or
    2. M.Sc. In Biotechnology Agriculture Genetics Molecular Biology Physiology Life Sciences (Botany Zoology Biochemistry Microbiology Medicinal Chemistry) with minimum 60% marks. GATE/NET qualified students shall be preferred.
