You mean Michigan the whole state or Michigan university? Of course it is possible for Indian students to study MBA in US, irrespective of the state or university.
For MBA in US you need to have work experience of a few years. Along with that, you will have to appear for the GMAT exam, along with either TOEFL or IELTS exam.
