The ideal options will be-
M.E/M.TECH CS/IT
MBA IT
To get into medical line, you'll have to start from scratch. And it is essential that you had Biology as a subject in class XII.

I don't think you can get into the conventional medical field now. The nearest you can go is to it is via Biotechnology course, which is also designed for engg candidates and which has relation to the medical field.
