How to pursue MS from abroad with lack of funds?
I wish to pursue MS from Singapore or Ireland.I have completed B.Tech with CGPA of 7.5 I have two years of work experience.

As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue MS from abroad but lack funds, so as per your query you have two options.
1. To get scholarships.
2. To avail education loan.
Please remember scholarships are competitive and awarded to the most deserving students.

Dear geetika. as you said you are an average student,
if you belongs to any reserved category you may apply to free ship or scholarship according to govt. norms.
&
if you don't belongs to any reserved category i would say you should apply for bank education loan. ONLY IF YOU POSSES MORE THAN 60 %.

The choice is with maintaining a good academic profile which makes the University finance your studies.The other opportunity is in accepting bank loans.

Nowadays almost all the banks offer education loan to students to pursue their education in India or Abroad.
The banks offer maximum loan of Rs 10 Lac for education in India and Rs 20 Lac for education abroad.
The repayment period vary from 5-7 years.
