    Hi Nighil,
    All international students are allowed to work in Canada, 20 hours a week and full time during vacations. You will find complete information on CIC website.
    To pursue your MS you must visit university websites for specific requirements. Top ranked universities require 70% and more, in addition you must take IELTS or TOEFL. An overall score of 6.5 with no part less than 6 for ILETS is required, if you take TOEFL you will be required to have a score of 100 or more.
