How to pursue PG or MS in civil engineering from Canada?

I have scored 6 bands overall in IELTS. I have 15 backlogs. I want to apply for September 2017.

You need to clear your backlogs in order to pursue a PG course.

I have cleared my backlogs. I was just saying that I had 15 backlogs in total which I have cleared already.
