Is AMICE (Arhitecture) from Institute of Civil Engineers is equivalent to B.Arch and is eligible to be registered as architect in COA(Council of Architecture)

yes,very surely,but certain restrictions still prevail..its better if u visit the website of that particular institute or else contact the dean(academics/management) therein
