It will depend on your qualification, competency and cultural fit to join any foreign bank. You can choose the courses in mba finance or actuarial sciences and take up a course in their language too. -

They have provisions of submitting resumes online.There are also various job portals in India. Meet the qualifications and earn certification, also learn a foreign language.
