how to start my UPSC exam preparation. i am planning to give my upsc exam for may 2012.
i hav done my PGDM with HR as specialisation. presently i am working as Research Associate at Icfai Business School. mostly my research was on HR issues in an organisation. my job profile goes with case writing on the issues in an organisation.

You have to prepare for UPSC examination. The notification of the examination is made in December. The recruitment of the candidates is based on the written test, Physical Efficiency test and a medical test conducted by UPSC. The test comprises of two papers of question.
