how to start or step to becoming a hacker which course is good for hacking and which course or certification give you the good job?

My name is Asif khan i done tybcom, i am leaving in mumbai want to be hacker and want to choose course or certification, i read many things and but not got the guidence, want to know what would be the starting course and totall duration to becoming hacker. and what about the career in hacking?
