read newspapers and try to enhance your general knowledge

If you graduation is not complete and you are well confident to appear in IAS exam then it is best time to join a coaching and prepare for IAS and civil services exam along with such as UPSC and others.
If you want the name of few good coaching institutes then enter the place where you want to join
