How to start preparation for ias in earlier level so that my future will be of less stress ?

I amrit aryan from cbse board and i belonged from bihar .I scored 95% marks in 10th and 92%marks in 12th. i want to become ias please telll me what to do from my starting level

There's nothing called a right time to start preparation though many IAS bounded aspirants start their preparations during the first or second year of their graduation. The earlier the better.
