Hi Akash,
Please clarify what you mean by 'help of government'? Firstly there is no MCA abroad. You will find MS. MCA is a degree or notation in India only. Remember that you must meet admission requirements , eligibility criteria to pursue higher studies in US and any country abroad. Please elabo
