How to take admission in 12th NIOS Board

I wasnot allowed to seat in 11th cbse final exam this year (2013) due to shortage of attendance(60%).How Can I take directly admission to 12th NIOS?What is the procedure?I am confused by thier site Material!!!Please guide me.
