  • Dear Ashok Sharma, For B.Tech admissions, right now we have no notification to consider JEE Mains . As of now you have to qualify our entrance test NEST as our eligibility is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English)* subject to qualifying LPUNEST (B.Tech.)
In addition to this, we provide the scholarship on the basis of performance in NEST or else on the basis of 12th percentage. You can check the fee and scholarship details from this link- https://nest.lpu.in/engineering/fee-and-scholarship.php

To take admission for CSE in LPU, the minimum marks required in your last qualification is 60% and you need to clear LPUNEST as well for it. If you have already cleared JEE Main, then minimum 80 percentile is required in it to take direct admission in LPU i.e exemption of LPUNEST exam.
For more details refer the website.
    Good luck.

    Hi,
Yes, you can but you have to meet the minimum eligibility criteria i.e. Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics, and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.
LPUNEST will be exempted in case student has scored more than or equal to 90 percentile in JEE Mains or 90% aggregate marks in 10+2.
The last date of admission to avail maximum scholarship is 30th June 2020.
    Thanks

Absolutely! Having a humanities background is no barrier to pursuing Fine Arts at Chandigarh University.

The programme welcomes students from all streams, including humanities, as long as they meet the minimum requirement of 50% marks in their 12th exams. Many humanities students find the programme a natural extension of their academic interests, as the curriculum often connects with cultural, historical, and social themes. For example, a student who studied history might bring unique perspectives into courses like painting or applied arts.

The university values creativity and passion over specific subjects studied in school.
