    Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)

    • Candidates must have passed 10+2 (with English) or an equivalent examination with at least 60% aggregate marks, subject to qualifying the LPUNEST.
    • If a candidate has not studied English as a subject, the English requirement may be waived if the candidate has studied in English medium during their qualifying exam.

LPU accepts a variety of entrance exams depending on the programme. The primary one is LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) for most UG & PG programmes.

For engineering (B.Tech), LPU also accepts JEE Main scores.

For management courses (MBA etc.), exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT, and sometimes CUET‑PG are considered.
