How to take admission in PhD electrical engineering? What's the procedure?

I am in M.Tech. final year,and my M.Tech will be completed in July 2018. My B.Tech is in electrical and electronics engineering with 75.36% and I have passed intermediate with 72% and high school with 82.2%.

Dear Candidate, for taking admission in DITU one should have minimum 55% marks or CGPA not less than 6 on a scale of 10 in regular (not distance or any other mode) M.Tech Degree of a University or equivalent for Ph.D. in Engineering /Technology in respective branch. GATE/NET qualified students shall be preferred.
