How to take admission in SVNIT for CE or IT?

SVNIT Surat B.Tech admission is done basis of JEE Main score followed by JoSAA/CSAB Counselling. The areas of specialization in the B.Tech programme along with the eligibility criteria and fee details are presented below: Eligibility Criteria: Class 12 pass in relevant stream from a recognized board.

Pinak, Admission to B. Tech. and Five Year Integrated M.sc. degree programs at SVNIT, Surat will be based on the performance in the JEE (Main) - 2016 (60% Weightage) and in the class 12th or equivalent examination (40% Weightage). The weightage to School Board/Equivalent examination marks shall be considered only after normalization. Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) - 2016 will coordinate admission to UG degree programmes in NITs/IIITs/Other GFTIs. In case your JEE score doesn't let you take admission or you din't give JEE, then don't get disheartened. Try for admission somewhere else. These days we have so many good private universities imparting quality education to the students around the world. They offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria.
