Hi, If you are applying for full-time residential executive PGPM programs across different Iims then you must have 3 or more than 3 years of experience with a CAT/GMAT/GRE qualified scorecard. The scorecard and experience criteria do vary from one institute to another institute. Do check their official site for more details. Normally the admission cycle starts from July onwards and goes up to December/January depending on the institute. All full-time residential programs do also offer career placement assistance. IIM executive course requirements vary from IIM to IIM. Some require a minimum experience of 2 years or more and an entrance score like CAT/another entrance score. Also, the course may require some campus stay requirements. Best wishes.
