How to take admission in VIT, Bhopal and MSU, Vadodara for BBA? I scored 74.2% in CBSE board. Is it possible to get into it?

This is the newest campus of VIT and last year students got CSE below 1 lakh rank easily. I think its not better option to take admission in Bhopal campus because fees structure is similar to VIT, Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat. It's infrastructure is not fully completed.
