I am not clear on your question. Are you asking for preparation for B.Com students or B.Com program at FMS Delhi?
FMS Delhi does not offer B.Com program. To answer first question, any one can apply to FMS Delhi. Any graduation degree is eligible, no particular stream has been mentione

Hello Arpit,
FMS doesn't offer B.Com course. However, for other colleges in Delhi University, the admissions are offered on the basis of your percentage in 12th.

Hi Arpit,
FMS is a post graduation college and so it does not offer undergraduate courses like B.com or Economics honors.
