Firstly, you need to have the documents which prove that you are the only daughter of your parents.

To use single girl child quota to get admission in Punjab University, Chandigarh you just have to fill your details in the admission form and there you will find an option for the single girl child, there you have to tick mark the option, and then you are done with it.
