How to work abroad and settle down in a foreign country as an CS engineer?

I ranked 2348 in JEE Mains and I am a B.Tech CSE student. I got 87% marks in my final semester and I have strong aptitude, reasoning and GK knowledge. I can also speak English frequently.

Take GRE and do MS from any good university in the USA and get a job there and after few years apply for the green card. The company will provide you with the green card if you will be a valuable employee for that company.
