I am also working as a mentor. I can guide you. Here are a few steps you need to follow.
1) Login to Shiksha.com with a valid email id and password.
2) Go to the section Ask and Answer.
3) In that tab, you will find the queries of the student.
4) Give proper solution to the students facing difficulties with their career related questions.
5) Shiksha also provides you with a good reward like pen drive, t-shirt, laptop lag, resume building service, certification course, etc.
6) The more you answer the more rewards you will get.
