how to write answers(B.E.) an nagpur university

i have always scored above average in all exams.i am studying b.e(electronics and telecom).it comes to a shock to me everytime that i get backlogs.please can you tell me how to answer exams in engineering in nagpur university.if possible please upload a sample answersheet of a topper in enginnering.

Most of students follow 'the old thumb rule' - (1). Prepare according to last 5 years papers (2). Write in detail, like 8 marks question should be answered in 1 to 2 pages (3) Draw right images or diagrams, if doubt then don't draw diagrams (4) write about the topic, its procedure and application (5
