how to write civil service exam?

i am doing BE final year i am village student i studied Tamil medium in12th std so in my english knowledge is poor.but i interest like to write civil service exam how to write exam give some idea

Hi Lekshmi. You should be age 21yrs old, graduate in any degree. You have totally 4 attempts to write this exam. you need to select one subject in preliminary and another subject in mains.
