How to write extracurricular activities in SOP?

<p>An extra-curricular activity is any activity that you can participate outside of your class. It can be related to your school, such as a sports team or club, or completely separate. Extracurricular can include a great range of activities or interests, from painting to debates to helping the homeless or more. Extracurricular activities are a necessary part of your college application.</p><p>The colleges wish to understand what type of an individual you are and what type of leadership qualities you portray. So, mention the extra-curricular activities in such a way that highlights your ambitious personality and determination.</p>
