Hello, No, it's not tough - you have really good marks and you can apply easily in LPU and as per the current scenario of national lock down due to COVID 19 you can apply directly online on lpu website. The admissions to B.Tech are not based on your 10+2 marks, but on LPU NEST or JEE Mains score. However, 90% will assure you the maximum scholarship in whichever is applicable to stream of your choice. For CSE, the highest possible scholarship till April 30 is 40% of course fee. Getting admission in LPU is not that tough as we all think. You just need to be thorough with your basics and you can easily ace the entrance test conducted by the university. But particularly for CSE you must score less than 4K rank.
