How useful is an internship at HAL?

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Koraput is the Engine Division. The exposure to manufacturing and overhauling processes is vast, but at the same time, you will also understand why the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited quality level is declining day by day. Applicants cannot do any technical project in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited as most of the problems are already solved and the ones that are not, applicants can not solve them in 12 months. A project guide is allowed. On students' first day, they might think that you can cover the entire industry in a week and then they will be free but it's nothing like that because there is too much to know. They will learn how things are carried out in the industry. They provide accommodation in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited township and charge around 30 for a day. The allotted quarters are filthy. You can check for hotels in Koraput but it's 20 km far from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. Students will have to pay for food daily wherever they stay. Students can have their breakfast in the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited canteen before 7.30. Since it's the only Indian Aerospace company that manufactures aircraft, you will have a lot of expectations. And the company has the standards of an Aerospace company because of course the safety factor of an aircraft needs to be at the top.

It gives good experience in HAL, Koraput it is a very nice environment to study and learn about the work at HAL, koraput. Very good management. Workplace culture is very good. In one month it gives much more experience.
