How W.B.C.S groups is count?

I have researched a little bit about WBCS in the internet & i found that WBCS has different groups like A,B,C,D.now,i want to know "how to understand in which groups i am belong to?"."what is the requirements for different groups?".recently i graduated & want to do it.plz explain that to me.
