Being an alumni I would like to answer this. I want to say that LPU is doing phenomenal work for the upliftment of the students and that could be justified through following: Frequent guest lectures/ workshops are also organized for them by the university. , Ministry of Science Technologys Advisory Monitoring Committee Meeting was held where 42 Scientists from various top universities like IITs, NITs, top Central and State Universities including (LPU) from across the country presented their research proposals. The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics Lab, research lab, postgraduate lab, aviation lab, lab for fashion designing, advance kitchen lab etc. Faculties are highly qualified, most of the faculties have done their Ph.D. and others are pursuing, they have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge. They are cooperative and whenever you need their help, they are ready to help you out. PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester covering: Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning) Quantitative Aptitude Skills Technical Aptitude Skills Presentations and Soft Skills Mock Exercises (Mock Interviews, GDs, Mock Tests, etc.) All a student has to do is to maintain a good academic record and personality to ensure his/her placement. Some of the OTHER MAIN POINTS: faculties, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. 1.LPU got the highest ranking according to Impact Ranking 2021 2.LPU is ranked No 2 among the Indian B schools in Outreach and Inclusivity by NIRF. 3.Scholarships provide an opportunity for the students to earn an education. Of course, there are numerous students who are deserving and yes LPU would be the best platform for them which give them the way to attain their degree in much affordable way. 4.Unblemished placements records with more than 200 corporates which entails Asian Paints, Federal Banks, Royal Bank of Scotland, Moody's Analytics and so on are keep on recruiting maximum students on yearly basis. You know what, the highest package of MBA was 21 lakh per annum. 5 LPU also take care of the holistic development of the student by taking into consideration the different kinds of amenities .

As per my experience, LPU is the best place for a career. I have completed my CSE from the LPU in the year 2019. I have not faced any kind of disappointment at any phase. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I highly recommend that if you really want to make your career with a good level of education then you should go for LPU. My Decision for LPU was the best decision of my life. LPU provides specialization also in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, etc. LPU gave me an extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure, or other facilities. The best thing is LPU gives the career pathways like I was interested in placements and I opted then university gave me all required and important inputs and the result was my placement in a good MNC with Great Package. The maximum package was 31 Lacs per annum in that year. On another hand, my batchmates who were interested in higher studies than university gave all required inputs according to them. So in short LPU is actually Nourishing the students for a better future. Rest Haters are everywhere but LPU is the Best Place for a good career.

It had been a wonderous experience with LPU. LPU provides plethora of opportunities, considering the interest of all types of students. However the point to be noted is the best part that everything go simultaneously without hampering the flow of studies. I gad been a student at LPU and did my B.Tech & M.Tech integrated Biotechnology from here. I enjoyed all shades of academia. On one side where the studies were on the best hype the other side also gave us the opportunity to present our research works in forms of projects and paper presentations in front of international platform. The university also encouraged extra curriculars which was a vital part in our educational journey. The blend of studies and co curricular is very well balanced. Nothing is at the cost of studies.

Every bit of information whether the child is attending the class regularly or not can be seen. So altogether LPU has transparency.
Well planned instruction plans : You have the access to whole syllabus and the topics which will covered by teachers with the reference resource links from your UMS. It gives you an advantage to learn in advance so you could easily understand the lectures.
LPU alumni can be found in most top global brands like Apple, Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Bank of America etc with packages of over 1 Crore.Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews.

International Exposure:
Not only in India, LPU is renowned internationally. LPU is having dedicated Division of International affairs. LPU is having tie up with Multiple foreign Universities all over the world. Students can take the opportunity to opt Credit Transfer Program, Semester Exchange Program, Summer / Winter School Program.
Attendance: LPU is also very strict on the attendance of the students. 75% attendance is mandatory for the students at any cost. This is nothing but to make the students systematic & punctual in life.
Students Club: With the aim of all-round development of students, so that students would be getting emerged strongly in each & every domain of life, there are nearly 60 student organization or clubs have been created by LPU.
Hostel: I have also spent 5 Years in LPU Hostel. There I always feel its happening all the time !! 0% Ragging, 0% tolerance to any illegal substances like alcohol, drugs etc. Strict actioned used to be taken against the defaulters in case non-adherence of such rules.
Faculties: LPU Professors are always beside the students for their well-being & enhancing their educational standard. Professors of LPU are very friendly & helpful kind of nature with an intimate, interactive, personalized approach to learning. Students are also been allocated with Academic & Industry mentor from Day 1 for guidance till the last academic semester.
Infrastructure: LPU is 600+ Acre campus with all advanced facilities & infrastructures (Hospital, Shopping Mall, Gym, Indoor Stadium, Post Office, Bank, Food Courts with International cuisines, Hostel Facility etc.)
Placement: Let me quote the placement scenario of last session as I got to know from my alumni page of LPU, In terms of placement in 2020, it was really tough for all to proceed further. Thanks to the availability of advanced technologies, Lovely Professional University managed to achieve excellent placement record as always by securing more than 7000 job offers, internships, training for its students.

They provide very good study ambiance and are very up to date with latest developments. Overall culture in the university seems to be good.

Placement: The placements are completely based on the performance of the students, because so many good companies come to campus drive in the college. The current placement status that many students got placed in the genuine companies before final exams in reputed companies on good packages. The college also looks for skill development for the student by providing summer training and internship in the final year.
If I talk about B.Tech cse,I would say CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies.
Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Students also go for on-job training (OJT) where they are paid stipend too.
LPU adopts new technologies faster than anyone; they update their curriculum even after each semester by taking feedback from the students and also to meet the latest standards. LPU focuses on practical knowledge a lot, they have high tech labs and dedicated MAC lab for iOS development, each core subject has a different practical subject for it.
Computer Science students of LPU are working with hundreds of leading IT giants of the world, from Google to Microsoft to Apple.
