Actually it is very easy to find out. All education institutions in India have to be recognized or approved either by UGC or AICTE( for engineering, pharmacy, MCA, architecture & Town planning courses) and MCI( for MBBS, BDS degrees). Normally, fake colleges are brought to the notice of the UGC which sends circulars to colleges and the students are also warned.Police are also active about the bad element.
