How will 1% seat under NCC category be alloted in engineering common entrance test?

Hello Rajshekhar, Seats under any quota are allotted based on the ranking of students in the concerned entrance exam by students from that quota only, so your NCC category rank will be taken into account for allotting a seat to you.

What in a case of tie, i.e. if the merit rank is same?
