How will any college perceive this 2 year's break? Is there any way to improve my CV and justify this break? Can I get into any of the IIMs?

I scored 77% in class 10th, 75% in class 12th, 65.66% in BE (IT). I have 5 years of work experience in IT. I took 2 career breaks to improve competencies in engineering skills with IT certifications.

If you have a strong reason to justify your breaks, you can make into any of the IIMs or even International B-Schools. By reading your info, I can say that your breaks are valid ones and it won't create any problems in your admission process. All the best.
